I’ve been bringing my 2004 Honda Civic to Scott for a few years, and I cannot recommend this shop enough. As a girl who does a lot of my own wrenching, it is incredibly hard to find a shop that takes you seriously and doesn’t try to take advantage of you. Scott and his team has been a complete breath of fresh air. Scott and his team actually support my DIY projects. Years ago, when I did my drum brakes backwards, his team showed me exactly what I did wrong and let me take the car home to fix it myself before double-checking my work for safety. They also helped me properly charge my AC after I replaced my own compressor. They work around my custom engine bay wiring and have no problem helping me tighten locking nuts on my aftermarket coilovers. They never upsell; when my CV axles were acting up, they replaced the one that was bad and simply rebooted the other to save me money. Honest, knowledgeable, and supporter of the DIY community—Scott and his team are the best in the business. I live in Portland now, and I still drive all the way out because their team is that good.

Scott and the team at Auto Firm NW are true professionals. I know I can take my vehicles here and be treated like family, and know the work is getting done right. The customer service I experienced is exactly what anyone hopes for but rarely receive these days. Scott stayed in contact with me the whole way through, and I didn’t feel like just a number in line.
